Healthcare Data Notice
For Healthcare AI clients, patient data is processed under agreements compliant with applicable healthcare data protection requirements, and is never used to train models shared across other clients without explicit consent. This page is a starting framework and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel — a compliance review specific to healthcare and enterprise data handling is planned before this is treated as final.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, subscribing to a plan, or simply browsing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you are using Core AI Matrix on behalf of an organization, you are confirming that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use Core AI Matrix only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to access it in any unauthorized way. This includes interfering with the operation of our services, attempting to reverse-engineer any part of our code, or using Core AI Matrix to generate harmful, misleading, or unethical content.
You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Core AI Matrix — including but not limited to code, design, logos, graphics, AI models, and written content — are owned by Core AI Matrix or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included content unless we give you explicit written permission.
4. User Content and Rights
By uploading, inputting, or creating content using our services (including prompts, data, and results generated via AI), you retain full ownership of your input data. However, you grant Core AI Matrix a limited, non-exclusive license to process and use this content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.
You are solely responsible for the content you generate or share using our tools, and you agree not to upload or distribute any material that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
5. Privacy and Data Usage
Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and apply modern security protocols to safeguard your information. We will never sell your data to third parties. You agree that Core AI Matrix may collect and use technical data and analytics to improve the performance and accuracy of the platform.
6. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Core AI Matrix may offer integrations with third-party tools and platforms (e.g., Slack, Zapier, and similar productivity tools). These are provided for convenience and productivity enhancement. You agree that your use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by third-party actions.
7. Subscription Plans and Billing
Access to certain features of Core AI Matrix may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update pricing and subscription offerings, but any changes will be communicated in advance.
8. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate your access to Core AI Matrix at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse our services, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use our platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your content after a reasonable retention period.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Core AI Matrix is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” While we strive to provide highly accurate and reliable services, we do not guarantee that outputs will always be error-free or suitable for every specific need.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core AI Matrix disclaims all warranties, and in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new features, legal requirements, or changes to our business. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and notify users as appropriate. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
